During my trip to Nima I come along an Unimog on rails.
Arriving in Nima with a nice rainbow over the train.
The Nima Sand Museum. It seems I have a good hand for buildings that are currently renovated.
Many sand timers can be found here in all sizes.
This is a nice artwork: many different timers that show the time needed for different events, e.g. 100 babies being born.
The large year sand timer that is turned around every year on December 31st by many people.
Every visitor gets a do it yourself sand picture.
There's a flower clock in front of the museum (broken, unfortunately).
Arriving at my night stay for today: the Jofukuji temple.
View from my room.
And the view of the sea and sunset.
Just before departure I am allowed to try one of the festival costumes.
This is the costume in all its beauty.
The temple ground as seen from the other side.
